Quality and Environmental Management Policy

The Management of ELTERNATIVA OPEN CONSULTING, S.L. (hereinafter, EOC) defines its Quality and Environmental Management Policy with the purpose of applying Continuous Improvement to all the processes that make up the business activity carried out by EOC.

The services offered, related to new technologies, are delivered through all the procedures set out in its Integrated Management System, based on the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, through which the priority is to achieve maximum satisfaction for our customers in each of our services and to maintain a commitment to improvement in minimising adverse environmental impacts.

To comply with this Policy, at EOC we set and assume the following guidelines:

  • To ensure compliance with the legislation applicable to our activities, as well as any other requirement that may be undertaken voluntarily or contractually with our customers.
  • To monitor the services provided in order to meet the needs and expectations of our customers, with the aim of achieving continuity in the quality offered.
  • A commitment to carry out our work within a management environment by setting and periodically reviewing the company's objectives
  • When setting the objectives, the context in which the organisation operates and the impact it has on the different stakeholders are assessed. Management identifies the risks and opportunities that may arise and reviews the Quality and Environmental commitments annually.
  • To continuously prevent and reduce the environmental impact of our activities and services, contributing to the protection of the Environment:
    • Controlling electricity and water consumption
    • Seeking the efficient use of natural resources and minimising waste production by promoting recycling, recovery and reuse.
    • Avoiding printing documents that are not strictly necessary.
    • Minimising the generation of waste of any kind, ensuring responsible and safe management, and giving priority to reusing and recycling materials.

EOC Management recognises that achieving these commitments requires the awareness and participation of staff, and therefore disseminates this Management Policy Statement to all personnel and makes it available to interested parties.
